Headteacher’s Welcome 

A very warm welcome to Trinity Church of England Primary School. 

Nestled in the beautiful village of Aldwincle, Trinity is a special place to learn, grow and belong. We are a close-knit school community where every child is valued, encouraged and supported to flourish. 

At the heart of everything we do is our Christian vision: 

“Encourage each other and build each other up.” (1 Thessalonians 5:11) 

These words shape our relationships, our learning and our aspirations for every child. We want our children to feel safe, loved and confident, knowing that they matter, that they belong and that they can achieve great things. 

As a Church of England school, our Christian values underpin daily life at Trinity. We nurture kindness, respect, friendship, perseverance and responsibility, encouraging our children not only to understand these values but to live them and make a positive difference to others. 

We are passionate about providing an ambitious, engaging and enriching education that inspires curiosity, builds confidence and develops a lifelong love of learning. We believe education is about more than academic achievement; it is about nurturing the whole child, helping every individual discover their strengths, develop their character and reach their God-given potential. 

Working in partnership with families, our church and the wider village community, we strive to ensure that every child feels a strong sense of belonging and is equipped to approach the future with confidence, compassion and hope.
