Your Credit Purchases...

The following information gives details about the offer of our extended provision and the terms and conditions in which you agree to when using the service.

Charges and costs

Our provision is charged by the consumer buying credits for their account. Credits can be bought via our website. Buying credits automatically sets you up with an account and you shall then receive a statement of your balance each week. When your children attend the provision, a register shall be kept and the appropriate number of credits deducted each time. The value of a credit and the time that one credit buys you is given below.

These are correct as from 1st September 2018.

Breakfast Club

Session Time

Number of credits per session

Price of 1 credit

8am – 8:45am

After school Club

Session Time

Number of credits per session

Price of 1 credit

Number of credits for a full session

3pm – 5:30pm

1 per half an hour

One after school club credit now buys you half an hour of time and therefore offers you greater flexibility to control how much you use. Due to this, remaining credit balances from the academic year 2017-18 for after school club, as at 31st August 2018, will be doubled. Breakfast club credits will be rolled over as usual.

You are responsible for maintaining your account, ensuring that you do not fall into negative credits. A negative credit balance means that you have used more credits than you have purchased and therefore in debt to the school. In order to rectify this, please ensure you purchase credits within 14 days of receiving notification that your account is in debt. Failure to do this will result in the school executing its debt management policy which can be found on our website.

There are two ways in which you can book your child into our extended provision – book in advance, up to half termly, or book on an ad-hoc basis. Please do keep in mind that when booking on an ad-hoc basis, there is a risk that the provision will be full and a booking may not be able to be made. As a parent of the school will receive half termly booking forms via ParentMail which you can return at any time. You may also book via calling the office or emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

From 1st September, if you have made a booking but no longer require it and have not cancelled with 24 hours notice, you will still be charged 2 credits (equivalent to £4.40). Please ensure you contact us, via email or telephone, to cancel any bookings that are no longer required, giving at least 24 hours notice.

End of year remaining credits

Please ensure that you do not buy more credits than you shall use as we do not issue refunds at the end of the year. If you need a smaller number of credits than you can buy online, please contact the school office who shall be able to arrange this for you.

Late collection from after school club

From the 1st September 2018, a late collections charge will apply of 2 credits every 5 minutes, or part thereof, after the close of the service.

Contacting us

In order to keep communication regarding extended provision clear, we have a new email address that all correspondence should be sent to. For bookings, cancellations or queries, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Did you know that we also accept childcare vouchers? Childcare Vouchers are a simple, straightforward way to pay for childcare. That’s because you don’t pay tax or National Insurance on childcare vouchers up to the value of £55 a week – so working parents can save about £1,000 a year – double, if both parents sign up for a Childcare Voucher scheme. To find out more about buying childcare vouchers, visit and to find out more about using them for our extended provision, please speak to Mrs Webb in the school office.
